Enter a LiNQ ID and assign them a unique username. Usernames are permanent — first come first served.

📱 How to Onboard a New User
  1. Go to the Codes tab and generate an activation code
  2. Choose their plan (Trial, Basic, Pro, or Annual)
  3. Send the code to the user securely
  4. User enters the code in the NeoLinQ app
  5. A LiNQ ID is auto-generated for them instantly
  6. They set their PIN and enter the app
⭐ How to Create a VIP LiNQ ID
  1. Go to LiNQ IDs tab → VIP section
  2. Enter the user's activation code
  3. Type their custom LiNQ ID in XXX-XXX-XXX format
  4. Click Assign VIP LiNQ ID
  5. The user's ID is updated immediately
🏢 How to Set Up Enterprise Groups
  1. Go to LiNQ IDs tab → Enterprise section
  2. Choose a 3-digit prefix for the company (e.g. 500)
  3. Select how many IDs to generate
  4. All IDs will be 500-xxx-xxx format
  5. Copy and distribute IDs to employees
  6. The group appears in the Groups tab
💬 How to Handle Support Messages
  1. Users can message you from inside the NeoLinQ app
  2. Messages appear in the Support tab
  3. Click any conversation to open it
  4. Type your reply and press Send
  5. The user receives your reply in their app
  6. You can also proactively message any user by LiNQ ID
🔒 How to Suspend or Delete a User
  1. Find the user in the Users tab
  2. Click Suspend to temporarily block access
  3. Click Delete to permanently remove the account
  4. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
  5. Suspended users see an error when opening the app

Android:
  1. Open Chrome and go to payments.neolinq.pro
  2. Tap the 3 dots menu (⋮) in top right
  3. Tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Tap Add — app appears on home screen
iPhone (iOS):
  1. Open Safari and go to payments.neolinq.pro
  2. Tap the Share button (box with arrow)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Tap Add — app appears on home screen
